Thank you for shopping with SUGRA. We want your ghee to reach you fresh and in perfect condition. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping.

1. Shipping Partner

All orders are shipped through Shiprocket, one of India's leading logistics aggregators. Shiprocket partners with trusted couriers including Delhivery, BlueDart, Ecom Express, and others to ensure reliable delivery across India.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of order confirmation
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
  • You will receive a confirmation email/WhatsApp message once your order is dispatched

3. Delivery Time

  • Pune city: 1–3 business days
  • Maharashtra (other cities): 3–5 business days
  • Rest of India: 5–7 business days

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier availability. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight
  • We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value — check our website for the latest offers

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery is available for most PIN codes across India
  • An additional COD handling charge applies to all COD orders. This charge is displayed at checkout before you confirm your order
  • We recommend prepaid payment (UPI, cards, net banking) to avoid the additional charge and enjoy faster processing

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp and/or email. You can track your order in real-time through:

All SUGRA products are carefully packed to ensure they arrive safely:

  • Orders are placed in sturdy corrugated boxes

8. Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is missing items:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share a photo of the damaged product/packaging on WhatsApp

9. Undeliverable Orders

If a delivery attempt fails (incorrect address, recipient unavailable), the courier will make up to 2–3 attempts. If the order cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us and we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
