SUGRA is a brand of Prashay Food Products, based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. We sell premium handcrafted ghee products including A2 Gir Cow Bilona Ghee and Premium Cow Ghee through our online store at sugra.co.in.

3. Products and Pricing
All product descriptions, images, and prices on our website are as accurate as possible. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product information at any time.
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
4. Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
We accept payments through:
- Online payment methods via Razorpay (UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets)
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — available across India with an additional handling charge
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or COD acceptance. You will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver across India through our logistics partner, Shiprocket. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at the time of order and may vary depending on your location.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
6. Product Quality and Handling
Our ghee products are perishable goods and must be stored properly after delivery. Please refer to the storage instructions on the product packaging.
We take great care in packaging to ensure products arrive in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product names, brand elements, and design — is the property of SUGRA / Prashay Food Products and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written permission.
